How do I connect my bank account?
After signing in, tap "Connect Bank" and follow the prompts. We use Plaid to securely connect to over 10,000 financial institutions.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes! We use bank-level encryption and never store your login credentials. All connections are made through Plaid, a trusted financial services provider.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Mercury to cancel or modify your subscription.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app's Settings page. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
