Welcome to Mercury. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mercury mobile application ("App") provided by ZBGC LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mercury, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mercury is a personal finance application that helps you track your spending, set budgets, and manage your finances. The App connects to your financial institutions through Plaid, a third-party service provider, to aggregate your financial data.

3. Account Registration

To use Mercury, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or another supported authentication method. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Mercury offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable subscription fees
  • Allow automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Cancel subscriptions through the App Store

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

5. Financial Data

Mercury uses Plaid to connect to your financial institutions. By linking your accounts, you authorize us to access your financial data for the purposes of providing our services. We do not store your bank login credentials.

6. Disclaimer

Mercury is designed to help you track and manage your spending. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance. The information provided in the App is for informational purposes only. Always consult with qualified financial professionals for personalized advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZBGC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Apple App Store Terms

This App is licensed to you for use only under the terms of the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
